  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
