  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 medium carrot (diced)
  • 1 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Slice it into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and pan-fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu and set it aside.
