  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 Avocado or guacamole (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef or chicken into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Cut the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow onion into thin strips.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
