Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Water (optional, for thinning)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely mince the garlic clove or use a garlic press. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, dill, chives, and basil. Mix until the herbs are evenly distributed.

Step 4

Add the honey, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk again to incorporate all the ingredients.

Step 5

If the dressing is too thick for your preference, add water 1 teaspoon at a time to thin it to your desired consistency.

Step 6

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.

Step 7

Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 8

Serve over salads, as a dip, or as a drizzling sauce. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
