Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries or raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
