Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 170 grams Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Light brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 70 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 50 grams Mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan or line it with paper liners.

Step 2

Melt the unsalted butter and semisweet chocolate chips together in a large, heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring continuously. Alternatively, you can use a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
