Ingredients

  • 300 grams penne pasta
  • 2 pieces chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
