Ingredients

  • 3 medium, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds zucchini

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
