Ingredients

  • 2 medium (about 2 cups shredded) zucchini
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon (or as needed for greasing) olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar-sized baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
