Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized zucchini
  • 1 cup, shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

Wash the zucchini and grate them using a box grater. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Set aside.
