Ingredients

  • 4 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 slices Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 4

Butter one side of each bread slice. Spread the mustard-mayo mixture on the unbuttered side of each slice.

Lay two slices of bread, buttered-side down, onto the skillet. Top each slice with one slice of cheddar cheese, two slices of bacon, and another slice of cheddar cheese.
