Ingredients

  • 750 milliliters Vegetable stock

  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Stir in the ground cumin, cinnamon, and paprika, and cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
