  • 0.5 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cook the macaroni in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
