  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the cilantro and mint leaves to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, mint leaves, green chili peppers, garlic cloves, and ginger.

Add the lemon juice, coconut milk, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground cumin to the blender.
