Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 10 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cooled spinach, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
