  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 12 ounces uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
