  • 1 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk, mixing until the breadcrumbs are fully moistened. Set aside for a few minutes to soak.
