Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Yellow pear tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley leaves
  • 0.25 cups Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the yellow pear and cherry tomatoes thoroughly under cool running water. Pat them dry.

Step 2

Halve the yellow pear tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Rinse the fresh basil and parsley leaves. Pat them dry and roughly chop them. Add to the bowl with the tomatoes.
