Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 strips Bacon strips
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 Bread rolls (hamburger buns)
  • 8 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 2 sliced Tomato
  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 cup Canned corn
  • 1 cup Shoestring potatoes

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well and form into four equal patties.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 3

While the patties are cooking, in a separate pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 4

In the same pan used for the bacon, add a little more oil if necessary and fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season lightly with salt.

Step 5

Cut the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them in a dry pan or oven.

Step 6

To assemble the X-Tudo: Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun and 1 tablespoon of ketchup on the top half.

Step 7

Place two lettuce leaves on the bottom half, followed by a slice of tomato, a beef patty with cheese, two strips of bacon, a fried egg, a spoonful of canned corn, and a handful of shoestring potatoes.

Step 8

Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
