  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and basil.
