  • 1 sheet Reduced-fat puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly flour a clean work surface and roll out the reduced-fat puff pastry sheet until it is about 10 x 12 inches.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pastry sheet.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the puff pastry (widthwise). Fold the other half of the pastry sheet over the cheese, pressing lightly to seal.
