Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil spray and set it aside.

Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally, creating a pocket or flat surface for rolling. Pound each piece gently to an even thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
