Ingredients

  • 200 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Whole-wheat tortillas (8-inch)
  • 0.5 large Avocado
  • 60 grams Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before chopping into small pieces.
