  • 1 15-ounce can Canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1.5 cups Vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
