Ingredients

  • 1 medium Apple (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 8 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 0.5 cup Vanilla ice cream (light or low-fat)

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel and finely dice the apple into small cubes. In a small bowl, mix the apple with cinnamon and granulated sugar until coated evenly.
