  • 4 oz Lean sirloin steak
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 whole Lime

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
