  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Whole-grain sandwich thins
  • 2 pieces Tomato slices

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a small pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer the eggs for 9–10 minutes.
