Ingredients

  • 3 medium Ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the unsweetened applesauce, vanilla extract, and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
