Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley. Mix with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can make the meatloaf dense.

Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down gently to form an even loaf shape.
