Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1 cup Shredded red cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Lightly brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with olive oil.

Step 3

Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of a standard muffin tin to form a small cup shape.

Step 4

Bake the wonton wrappers for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin.
