  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt and black pepper, then toss them with cornstarch until evenly coated.
