  • 1 medium head White cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the white cabbage under cold water. Cut it into quarters, remove the core, and thinly slice the cabbage into strips.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin matchstick-sized strips or grate it using a coarse grater.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the olive oil.
