Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Unwrap the ham and place it in a large roasting pan with the flat side down. If desired, use a sharp knife to score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, cutting about 1/4-inch deep. Insert a whole clove into the center of each diamond for decoration.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the Wisconsin maple syrup, clover honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, unsalted butter, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Stir occasionally until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Brush a generous amount of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get into the scored lines if present. Reserve the rest of the glaze for basting during cooking.
Tent the ham loosely with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until the ham is heated through and an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) is reached. Baste the ham with the reserved glaze every 20-30 minutes.
During the last 15 minutes of baking, remove the aluminum foil and apply one final coat of glaze to allow the surface to caramelize.
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Serve warm with the remaining glaze drizzled on top or on the side.
