Directions

Step 1

In a small pan, heat 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Once melted, add the fresh sage leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove the sage leaves and set aside—the butter should now be infused with the sage flavor.
