  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil (neutral, like vegetable or avocado oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds (optional - for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional - for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
