Ingredients

  • 6 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash the baby spinach thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel. Set it aside in a large mixing bowl.

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin wedges and set aside.

Peel and mince the garlic. Thinly slice the red onion.
