  • 1 teaspoon (chopped) Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon (freshly ground) Black pepper
  • 200 grams (shredded) Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful (optional, for garnish) Fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F) or as high as your oven allows. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

Step 2

Clean the wild mushrooms using a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Slice them into thin, even pieces.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
