  • 1 loaf Fresh baguette
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 300 grams Mixed wild mushrooms (such as cremini, shiitake, oyster)
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Homemade or store-bought basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette diagonally into 12 thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick each.

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
