Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or brush it lightly with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground venison and ground wild boar. Use your hands or a wooden spoon to mix gently until just combined.
Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the meat. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed, but do not overmix to avoid tough meatballs.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture to form evenly sized meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches if necessary, sear the meatballs for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are browned. They do not need to be cooked through at this stage.
Transfer the seared meatballs to the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
While the meatballs are baking, optionally heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
Serve the meatballs warm, either on their own or smothered in marinara sauce. They pair wonderfully with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
