Ingredients

  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 80 milliliters whole milk
  • 20 pieces mini cocktail sausages
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Step 3

Add cold butter to the flour mixture. Using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Pour the milk into the dry mixture and combine gently with a spatula until a soft dough forms. Be cautious not to overmix.
