Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Whole wheat macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cooked ham, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the whole wheat macaroni according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
