  • 60 grams Honey
  • 30 grams Olive oil
  • 8 grams Salt
  • 7 grams Instant yeast

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and instant yeast. Stir to dissolve the yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Step 2

Add olive oil, whole wheat flour, and salt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until a shaggy dough forms.

Step 3

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Alternatively, you can knead the dough using a stand mixer with a dough hook on medium speed for 6–8 minutes.

Step 4
