  • 4 bulbs Garlic bulbs (whole)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel away the loose, papery outer layers of the garlic bulbs, leaving the bulbs intact with individual cloves still connected.

Using a sharp knife, trim about 1/4 inch off the top of each garlic bulb to expose the tops of the cloves.
