Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Sliced tomato
  • 0 optional Condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, or ketchup)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped sage, minced garlic, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until evenly combined.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾-inch thick.
