Ingredients

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Carrots (shredded)
  • 0.25 cups Toasted almonds (sliced)
  • 2 stalks Green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium Avocado (diced)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the kale. Remove the tough stems, then tear or chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them into a large salad bowl.
