Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Tapioca starch
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Julienned carrots
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Whole30-compliant hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fish fillets.
