  • 1 small Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
