Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sugar-free bacon slices until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

While the bacon cooks, slice the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
