Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cups tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cups ghee
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add in the melted ghee, coconut milk, and apple cider vinegar, whisking until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

Step 4

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring with a spatula or wooden spoon until a dough forms. Ensure the dough is uniform, but avoid overmixing.

Step 5

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and shape it into a round biscuit. Place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving about 2 inches between each biscuit.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and set in the center.

Step 7

Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8

Serve warm with ghee or enjoy plain with a cup of tea. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
