  • 8 whole leaves Romaine lettuce leaves (or Bibb lettuce)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 whole Lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 whole Avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Whole30-approved hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper to create the spice rub.
